The chapter operates as specified in the current VMN-Tidewater-Chapter-ByLaws and TMN-Chapter-Operating-Handbook

The chapter is run by an Executive Board, who meets monthly. In addition, there are a number of committees giving members a chance to help keep the chapter active and vibrant.
